I know it's not all metal, but for the most part it is. I'm very versitile when it comes to music. This is just my personal top 100, I'm sure I forgot a couple.
I loved how after 30 you just started listing completley random artists.

You could probably pare it down a bit if you limited to metal bands. I think it's safe to say Walon Jennings and NWA aren't metal, for example.

I think most people who post here like more than just metal. But the concept of this particular thread is your top ten metal bands.

Most of my list was metal, with the exception of a couple country/rap bands, then a few rock bands. Mostly metal though. Oh well, I'm done replying to your post, only thing thats going to come from it is flamming/spamming.
