I'm not denying Bodom is along the lines of terrible now. I'm saying some of the older stuff isn't bad. Vocally, they're mediocre but some of the early stuff is decent.

Whereas can you link me to an actual decent AILD song? Nah because you can't lol.

As terrible as both bands are, they are both metal. While Bodom is power metal and AILD is metalcore, similarities in their music are undeniable: completely melody-filled riffs, bad vocals, generic songwriting etc. Both bands obviously have listened to Slaughter of the Soul a little to much. All in all, I find it humorous that you completely dismiss one band and call another your favorite, and both of those bands are similar.

Alright, I'll concede here. You caught me.

However, I still think of them differently. And to 'defend' my list/choice of Bodom, it's somewhat difficult to narrow down to ten bands. I'll just go out with saying some older Bodom isn't as bad while Blooddrunk was awful.
