I know that (didn't think anyone would call me out on it ), but I couldn't think of a 10th band and they're as close to metal as a lot of the bands that've been mentioned so far. I thought of putting Sunn 0))) in their place, but I don't like them that much.

1.) Iron Maiden
2.) Opeth
3.) Pantera
4.) Megadeth
5.) Iced Earth
6.) Atheist
7.) Dragonforce
8.) Tool (if you count them as metal)
9.) Judas Priest
10.) Ensiferum or Overkill (can't decide)

I listen to a lot of metal and it's very hard for me to decide my favs.

Sunn O))) is one of the most boring bands ever. Thanks for sending me them though.

Umm I don't listen to much metal but here are the ones I listen to in no apparent order.

Black Sabbath
Slipknot
Murderdolls (though I think of them more as Horror punk)
and if RATM counts then them.

They're a guilty pleasure. Everyone has one, I have them. Would you rather listen to them or Fall Out Boy.
