Blues Jam Bands
Im really into a lot of blues Jam Bands. You know the songs that are like 20 minutes. Allman Brothers, Ten Years After, Mountain, Cream...to name a few....
what is everyone else into, as far as blues jam bands go??? new or old |

Well, this is a Rock and Metal forum. Although I am a fan of Blues and Jazz, I doubt you'll get an acceptable response from many people.

i don't know if this music is blues jam bands but i know they are blues/roots bands: Xavier Rudd, John Butler Trio, Jack Johnson, Donavon Frankeriter, The Beautiful girls etc etc.

I'm a bit late on this, but Buddy Guy is pretty good for blues jam. The Derek Trucks Band is REALLY good, and Derek Trucks is actually the son of Butch Trucks, one of the drummers for the Allman Bros.
you might wanna go find some local groups in your area for that tho. |
