well, since I'm not really a musician, I don't know much about technicalities. I just go more by the feel & flow of the music, which makes Jimmy Page great. Also I'm pretty sure anything Led Zeppelin=innovative.

Regi Wooten. Holy crap. That guy makes Herman Li look like a fucking snail. And he's more musically talented. Without a doubt the most underrated guitarist ever. Hendrix is overrated. Not that he isn't great, but people act like he's just the best there ever was ever will be.
