I don't know if the bands were required to be good, which wouldn't make sense becuase people tend not to forget them. I'll list whatever:
Harvey Danger God Lives Under Water Citizen King Squirrel Nut Zippers Possum Dixon Yeah I was a child of late 90's college radio. It was Brown Universtiy, Damn Ivy Leauge intellectuals.

That was marcy playground. How did STP get on this list, who doesn't recall them, they had one of the greatest songs of the 90's. And SemiSonic should be remembered more ofr "Closing time" and "Singing to me in my sleep" than "smile" becuase that song was t-rash.
