Dark Tranquillity
Children of Bodom In Flames Coal Chamber Sevendust (ish, are they metal or haaaard rock? They're heavier metal than Maiden, but genres seem to play silly buggers with some people)

Hmm.. I'm not that into metal anymore but here are the bands I do still like:
Tool Black Sabbath System of a Down (Excluding their latest two albums, which were mediocre) Kyuss Meshuggah or maybe Dream Theater, I can't decide. All Meshuggah's songs sound extremely similar, but I can't stand the lead singer from Dream Theater's voice. Maybe Liquid Tension Experiment... |
