so true. most of them at heart were just some punk bands combining 70s power rock and such, and the fact that they were from a depressing looking place like seattle and that the songs really were just talking about nothing in general importance, the labels arose.

...because tool is good music...?

nobody else sounds like them, and if you say "yeah all these nu-metal bands do" i shall smite thee, because they are the originals. they didn't plan on influencing ****ty mainstream bands.
