i agree with you completely... he's like every other artist way back when.. no one noticed there art till the artist was dead... not saying nirvana wasn't noticed cause well clearly they were a big and amazing band.. but its like if they just broke up instead of kurt killing himself then i don't think they would still be as liked to day.. other then the fact kurt killed himself and brings a whole new way of thinking when it comes to his writing.. womp womp womp just my opinion.. so don't bitch at me!!!! |

They were on the brink of breaking up anyway, there was possibility that Kurt would have gone solo, and if he did and it was anything like his performance on Unplugged in New York then it would have been very pleasing for me.

Ugh for christ sake. Don't apologise. Just harden up. Submission wins no ones support. Head high, Sabrina.
I still think Nirvana would have gone down as greats but only remembered for their songs. Not the individuality credit that Kurt receives while he's 6 ft under. I think if Kurt had seen Nirvana through (i.e Alive) he would have come out popular but not remembered as a great. He would have turned out like Chris Cornell or Eddie Vedder. Iconic, but not legendary. Imagine if one of those two had died...Who reckons Soundgarden would become gold label? Pearl Jam? If Cornell had popped it before he had started Audioslave, I reckon Soundgarden would be held alongside Nirvana.
