I can't stand the vocals to Judas Priest, King Diamond, or Primus, but that by no means makes a band terrible. As musicians, they are amazing at what they do. Have you heard Di'Anno Maiden or Bayley Maiden? Bayley wasn't to great but Di'Anno is one of favorite singers.

The guy that started this thread saying that The Beatles are sh*t is completely ignorant. Some bands/artists I hate are: Supertramp LL Cool J Chris Brown Hinder Godsmack Nickelback Seether Stone Temple Pilots Seven Mary Three Fuel Creed Tantric Default 3 Doors Down Days Of The New Lifehouse Silverchair The Calling Staind Puddle Of Mudd Blink-182 Justin Bieber Usher Michael Jackson (horrible person, made some catchy music, felt up the kid from Home Alone, turned white, the end) Last edited by sadpanda; 12-12-2010 at 04:55 PM. |

What moments? "Plush"? Or the song that everyone thinks is titled "Half the Man I Used to Be" and is supposedly a Nirvana song? I'm just curious, from everything I heard from them, they are just another of the bands that came out and jumped on the grunge bandwagon. Although, I do like "Vasoline". |

These moments:
Scott Weiland is a pretty good songwriter, STP knows how to play their insturments, and although the albums usually had a bunch of filler, they always put out awesome singles. When they were good, they were very, very good. When they were bad, it was ignorable (except for that completely soulless new album. :tears Consistency isn't their thing but out of all the mainstreamy grunge bands, STP were the best at lyrics and insturmentation. I don't understand why people hate them so much. They have a sound thats kind of different because they experimented with 60sish kinda stuff but its not THAT different. Its probably because Scott Weiland is such a doosh.
