I mean- you drop the ball, you gotta pay your dues I think.

Four score and a year and a half ago I hesitated to buy my tickets to see TBKs, and had to pay $80 for a $30 ticket. Learned my lesson AND saw an amazing show worth that inflated price.

A buddy of mine sat me down the other day and showed me a video for Tighten Up. I've been listening through the rest of Brothers and am liking this band a lot.

I'm almost embarrassed I hadn't heard of them before that - they're pretty much right up my alley, style-wise.

It was funny reading a bunch of comments online about how TBKs sold out for making an album with Big Boi. I chuckled at the cluelessness.
