They did a performance on Saturday Night Live this week from their unplugged songs and it was actually pretty good. They had great instrumentation, along with standard like guitar, bass, drums, they were accompanied by out-of-place things like a harp, a strings section, and a group in the background pounding along on huge African drums. For the content being par, the showmanship was really good.

I've heard Freak on a Leash unplugged with Amy Lee and I thought that was really great! I've always said Jonathen Davies should duet with a good female singer, he's got the right kinda voice for it. Thanks for the link, will defo check that out!

That "good" female singer would need to be someone other than Amy Lee because she sucks live.

My Jamaican roommate loves Amy Lee. It's painful sometimes.

I personally prefer to stay away from posting about bands that I don't like. That said, I am making an exception.
I liked Korn for about a week, long enough to waste 15 bucks. I can't understand what the hype is about. I still hear them every once in a while, and at the times that I choose not to change the station, I remember why I don't like Korn. This unplugged crap only proved to me that it was not the amps that made Korn suck.

She's bad live? I think this video was live and she sounded ok. I prefer the porper version anyway. I hate it when you see someone you like live and they suck.

We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile. A pile of little arms. And I remember... I... I... I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that. |
