I can't believe Danny Carey hasn't received more votes in this! His drumming could make my head explode.

I'm in for Carey too. That thing he does in the middle of Eulogy where the bass/snare combo is on this completely different tangent than the high hat...it's difficult enough to listen to, let alone play.

The fact that you included Bonham in your poll is ridiculous. He's SOOOO overrated. Keith Moon, Neil Peart and Carey are both way better. So are Joey Jordison, Raymond Herrera and Tommy Lee.

I was thinking of that exact same instance.
And all of his mathematical Fibonacci sequences he does in Lateralus.

Agreed, Joey Jordison I find just hits the drums incredibly fast and loud. He's okay but definitely not one of the best drummers ever.
