So I don't know much about these guys. Apparently been around a while and all, I had a look on Wikipedia and it says they're britpop but this song that got me hooked is pretty bloody good and is fairly rock orientated with good guitar in it.

im not exactly a fan, but i remember watching a video of theirs ages ago when i lived in the UK.. theyre not bad.

The only song I've ever heard from them is called Kung Fu off one of "The Trip"
compilations.

Oh yes, I didn't think they were too well known.

They're pretty big still over here, seem to be able to put an album out with three or four really good tracks on and the rest are merely ok. Good singles band though.

They're ok. I've heard better but I've heard much much worse.

shining light is a beautiful song....but that's pretty much all i've heard from them

But the only problem is, if you're not too struck on it, the second you listen to it, it's stuck in your head for the next 5 trillion years.

Hmm, Ash never struck me really... I heard Girl From Mars first, which sort of put me off them cause I cant stand that song.. The rest isnt too bad, but they just don't seem anything special to me...
