Usually when Metallica is the only metal band you can like, that's a sign that you don't listen to music unless it deliberates around the most obvious numbskull catchy hooks. This means your attention span sucks.

And don't you dare insult Bruce ****1nson (Iron Maiden singer). He doesn't sound like a girl. As for no talent, many people consider him better than ****ing Freddie Mercury. Don't you know he sung opera before he came into Iron Maiden. He has AMAZING vibrato, great range, very good control awesome power, superb lung capacity (36 second note is no problem for him) and a range of unique good voices. Singers would **** their pants to be able to sing as well as him.

You think metal bands are talentless? You're obviously stupid. Metal is a pillar of musical skill. No melody??? You obviously haven't tried to listen to much metal at all, have you?

well its come to my attention that the guy that wrote this thread seems to be over obsessed with melody for some reason!!! so instead of just being an arse wipe and making a thread called ''metal sucks'' and then posting it in the rock and metal forum when you obviously have hardly listened to any other metal apart from Metallica and Maiden. how about actually looking, and if you like bloody melody so much surly ''Melodic metal'' may be the way to go, you know the title of the genre is kinda a give away to what type of metal it may be....... you tit!!

i don't quite understand blurting out 'metal sucks'...'that <fill in genre here> blows!' never been one to 'hate' any type of music.....but i know what i like. the rest can be blithely dismissed with a simple: "don't care for that."

the other thing is calling someone a moron...a$$hole...imbecile for one, having an opinion....and two, having an opinion that may differ from yours. seems you can be far more effective with criticism if you level it with a bit of tact. it doesn't have to bite any less, but it'll reflect better on the biter.
