I've seen them live and their pretty good, they covered Zero by the pumpkins and 4th of July by soundgarden. She dodn't mess anything up when I saw them. If it wasn't for her they'd have been no where.

If you like chick singers in heavier bands check out Arch Enemy and Within Temptation. Amy's got nothin' on these girls!!!

I'd call evanescence Goth Rock, only because thats what most people think they are.
"Omg you like evanescence! They're Goth you weirdo!"
i get that alot from people who dont know the difference.. but yeah i suppose its kinda steoeotyping. She dresses like that for appeal, and to be different.. how many female singers do you know that sing music like her..? not many..
