that rule is inforced by the mods discretion. Arguing will happend, its a way of life, especially when it comes down to opinions. Some things we let fly, because honestly, even if it was an insult, if the person being insulted was truly offended by it and brought it up to a mod, then a warning or ban would happend and in most cases the "insulted" havent been that offended. each case is differant so we have to mod each one differantly.
