Which is weird because Metallica has strong prog influences even going to far as to name check Rush in the liner notes of MOP. Odd that you'd hate a band that has prog elements and has prog influences.

iron maiden sound old, like dad music no offence to em (i like em) but its true, whereas Metallica sound... well not young... lets say different, and bein a big fan i have to say i like everyone of their songs besides one cos the dude that talks thru it annoys me, load n reload are gr8, who cares if they aint heavy??? and what genre would people say st.anger is?

For one i dont see metallica as progressive....and also i dont like every single prog band ever
