The biggest contributor to Marilyn's populairty is his image.
His music is ok. He did a few cover songs too many if you ask me. The Golden Age of grotesque was ok. His best song is and probably and always will be the Dope Show. He's just not a big thing anymore. (Not to say he ever really was). I think people most know him for his small role in the documentary Bowling for Columbine
