Default Brunch: Imagine

i've been trying to find a copy of this album for close to 17 years now.

from what i know, Brunch is a band from South Korea that released a single album, Imagine, in 2005.

if anyone knows of a website i can buy a copy of this album from (physical or digital), please let me know.

currently, the only way i know of to listen to it without ads is to pay for a youtube music subscription. i'd rather just pay for a copy of the album and have either a physical disc or digital copies of the tracks.

On Amazon, the CD is “currently unavailable.” The album is available there for download purchase.

sadly, i can't buy from amazon.com, as it won't accept my UK bank card.

so it seems that i'll need another non-amazon website.

the attached image is the error message i got when i tried to buy the album. it says "We were unable to process your purchase with your current payment information. Your payment method must be issued by a bank local to the amazon.com marketplace."

and sadly, this album is not available on UK's amazon.

Would getting an Amazon gift card solve that problem?

sadly, that doesn't seem like an option either.

Before responding to your intial post, I did check some online sources I'm familiar with that others might not be, but had no luck. There are tons of places online to buy older CDs and vinyl but it would take a lot of searching. My only advice right now would be to keep on searching. I don't use AppleMusic or whatever the hell it's called. Can people buy downloads through it?

no, sadly i don't think apple music is a service you buy music from. it seems to be a subscription service to stream music (guessing the subscription makes it ad-free).

i'll just have to keep searching. if i was able to buy a copy of Anamanaguchi's debut ep, Power Supply, on vinyl then i should (hopefully) find a copy of Brunch's debut (and only to date) album.

Yeah, I think you'll eventually find it. Let us know when you do. I have some staycation days from work coming home soon. I might see if I can find a few other places online. It would help me as much as it would you because I sometimes search for physical copies of obscure stuff.

You might want to check in occassionally on discogs. If that don't have something now, chances are they'll have it in the future.

ok, so i did finally find a digital copy on UK amazon. it seems you had to dig to find a copy that could be purchased.

i can't find anything regarding physical copies though, but seeing as it was apparently an independently published album, i suspect any physical copies would be extremely rare, even in Brunch's home country.

Glad you were at least able to get a digital download. But if you still would like a physical copy, you might check Discogs once in a while. They have a lot of very obscure stuff, so it’s possible they might have one or more in the future.
