Default One Drop! What Reggae Are You Listening To Now?

Cool & Calm Israel Vibration (1981, Fontana/Sanctuary)

It's from one of my favorite Roots albums, Strength of My Life.

What reggae sounds are in your system?

Babylon Rule Dem Groundation

One of the most irie tracks ever laid (imo). Hebron Gate, the lp from which comes, isn't a bad album either.

Title track from one of Alpha Blondy's best albums.

Spear Burning (Live '99) Burning Spear

Always pumps me up. Saw Winston and his band do it live in Philly (can't remember the year but, man, this track got everybody up).

Welcome To Jamrock Damian Marley (title track)

Damian pretty much eclipsed all the other Marley kids' albums with this one. Still sounds great.

Stir It Up The Wailers on The Bob Harris Old Grey Whistle Test 1973

Still one of my favorite musical clips. And I still say Bob was best with the original Wailers at his side.
