What genre is this style of music? (soundtrack, techno, house)

Ive heard it here and there, on soundtracks from GTA and on videos online. Its like really fast reggae rapping with a techno/electro beat. Is there a genre or particular bands someone could name? i remember DJ Rupture sounding a bit like the subgenre im thinkin of

In the U.K there is a genre called GRIME-of which DIZZEE RASCAL is an exponent-there are others but I'm not nearly knowledgeable enough. I should imagine this is pretty close to it.

Look for DIZZEE RASCAL I really rate him.
