Default Suicide Bid

They remind me a lot of The Clash & The Specials

This is what last FM says about them...

A collective ongoing project featuring members from The Filaments, The King Blues, Ex-Cathedra, P.A.I.N, inner terrestrials, Deathskulls, Sonic Boom Six, The Foamers and more. Suicide Bid mix reggae, dub & punk with thought provoking political lyrics.

The debut records 'This is The Generation' was released on Household Name Records (UK) and then on vinyl by Maloka (FR) and will be followed up by 'The Rot Stops Here' - due for release in the UK in November 2006.

I`ve bought both albums on the strength of the 4 songs i`ve heard.
You can hear 3 of them here...

I`ll up the other if there`s any interest.

Woah...just watched the youtube link on the myspace.
Rude boy revival.
I see what you mean about the comparison to the Clash.
Is all their material based on social comments?

Yeah they are quite political.

They have a great song called Torch Guantanamo Bay.

I`ll upload the album tomorrow

Cheers Urb.

I got a bit excited about the Dead 60's a while back...but their material, kind of wore off on me in the end.
I'm a big fan of the Mascelaros, but since Strummers death...

Yeah same here , I loved the dead 60s singles but when I heard the album it was a bit of anti climax.
