Black Uhuru
This is a totally rad reggae band....if you like traditional reggae check this out....most definetly owns...

LesPaul43, they're actually called Black Uhuru. Uhura was on Star Trek.
They are awesome, though. Other good songs of theirs are: I Love King Selassie Party Next Door Guess Who's Coming to Dinner Solidarity And if you like them, you might want to check out Michael Rose's solo stuff. He was their singer, and has done some pretty decent work--even sometimes with a bit of a dancehall or R & B flavor to it.

Right on Joe! BU is one of the premier roots reggae bands ever. I saw them in about 1990 when Michael Rose was still in the group. Was supposed to be a 3band bill with Andrew Tosh and Kenny Rankin but their tour bus got ..ahem.. "lost" so Black Uhuru did two full sets. Killer!!
