just repeat something about 3-5 times consecutively, you've got urself a hit record!!

make sure its about how money make you likeable

ex. "Before the ice was in my grill, before I got my major deal, these girls didnt give a damn if I was here"

or

"Back then hoes didnt want me, now im hot, hoes all on me"

Sad, sad, sad

Not if you actually listen to hip hop outside of radio. Just try listening to some Public Enemy, Boogie Down Productions, Run DMC, Rakim, even Jazzy Jeff & Fresh Prince for christs sake.

Like I said before EDGE.. we don't have that much in common. I've listened to that stuff, Mike Jones, 50 Cent, G-Unit before I make my judgements. Everyone in G-Unit has minimal talent, but Banks is listenable, but thats off topic. I guess it's just your opinion verses mine, and in the end no one wins. My opinion is Mike Jones & MOST songs/artists that get played have no creativity; everytime I listen to radio, which is on my way home, I hear the same songs about the same subjects everyday. Where's the creativity. The worst part is that more artists that bite the same 'gangster' style get signed, guys with the same 'hard' guise, and its the same thing all over again. That's my opinion. If that's what suits your tastes then fine. And if you like to smoke rocks yourself, I have no problem with that.

nowadays artists dont need talent to be successful. a catchy beat and a few vulgarities seems to be enough to sell plenty of albums. oh the age we live in.
