Lauryn Hill Unplugged came out in 2002. Great album. Its a double disc live album with all unreleased material. Most of it is just Lauryn, an acoustic guitar, and a very small intimate audience.....oh and her husband ziggy Marley helping her cover Redemption Song, of course. She spends almost as much time intimately sharing her life with the audience as she does playing and singing. Buy it, you'll love it. I own it, and I love it too.

she's in the studio with her old group, the fugees

i dont think lauren was married to ziggy, it was Rohan Marley, but they are not married anymore.

damn.....she really lost it didn't she? what a shame......

being famous i guess takes its toll on people differantly. Some love it, and seek it..others try to stay out of the publics eye as much as possible, while others end up on drugs with a shotgun in their mouth..

adidasss 08-24-2005 02:08 PM

i don't pity her, she seeked it out and now she can't deal? and it seems like she was a bit of an egomaniac before all this....( not giving other musitians working on the album credit? )

Fenixpunk 08-24-2005 02:09 PM

ya, i think you summed her up pretty well from the impression i got from the article.
