Who owns Rocca Fella Records (50 cent, Jay Z, track)

hay everyone,

i have just had a extreamly sad debate with a good friend, about the ins and outs of Rocca Fella records. ( very sad i know :p )
Being the person i am, i can be very competitive at times and this is one of those times. I am addiment that Dame Dash and Jay Z are the owners / ceo and soul founders of the label.
My friend on the other hand disagrees with me and claims that 50 Cent has / had some influence on the founding of the label........so can someone please tell me who indeed owns / ceo of Rocca fella records and if 50 Cent has anything to do with them

"Dash" left last year, when Jay-Z was promoted to president of Def-Jam Records.
For all my research I can find no information of 50 cent's involvment in Roc-A Fella Records. It's not really owned by anyone now, it's just part of the Island/Def-Jam Records catalog.
Jay, Dash and Kareem "Biggs" Burke, were the founders.
wikipedia, while being one place that you have to watch out for has a decent track record with entertainment related articles.
