Seriously you are not prepared for how quickly and arbitrarily your body will begin to atrophy. It's given me new empathy for 40-year-olds with a mid-life crisis. It's no longer abstract. I'm dying. Playing video games I now have to constantly monitor how I'm holding my arms and if I can feel a new twinge.

I've only really listened to say so but I really enjoyed it.

I rarely listen to any new music nowadays. I have heard her Say So song and it reminds me of some cardigan s**t with a hip hop twist. pretty cool
