Trying to find an album

I’m looking for a cd that was released in 97 or 98 I believe. It was a black cover with a T on it. I want to say the artist’s name was a single name that started with a T. Any help would be awesome.

Could it be a Tutti (of Throbbing Gristle infame) album perhaps?
