No. It looks like random paint scattered. I see interesting patterns but I also see those in ceiling. No sign of an intelligent creator though.

The only way to judge art is how you perceive its expression. I agree about the circle triangle thing but I don't agree on the urinal or the squiggly line thing, and that's because I try to take them on a case-by-case basis rather than subjecting them to a rubric.

Who cares about an intelligent creator? The squiggly **** evokes expressiveness to me and that is worthwhile. There's something wrong-feeling with how it doesn't evoke anything intelligible. I don't even know if that's what the artist was going for but it still looks oddly hellish to me.
