Stupid question.
OutKast are versatile hip hop legends with plenty of hits that put southern hip hop on the map. Not only did they cultivate what southern hip hop culture was, but they are one of the most influential artists in the genre who's reach can be heard in almost every modern rapper these days.
Shabazz are cool, but ultimately inconsistent and really didn't live up to the hype for me being a group that Frown absolutely adores. (I hold Frown's taste in high regard because he rarely disappoints with his recs)
