This track took a while before I really came to appreciate it. Since one of the cornerstones of this track is how it fits into the concept of the album, it ironically turned me off because it didn't have the same kind of energy and bounce as the earlier tracks. I think that the synth and sitar drones trading off on this track are what force me to think about it so much because it's such an interesting approach to hip hop. The beat that carries the song sounds like you're repeatedly nodding off and coming back only to nod off again. It also really strikes me how Quelle Chris carries billy woods' verse in such a hypnagogic way.

When I get time I want Frownland and Qwertyy to give me some hip hop recommendations because it seems like those two listen to some interesting stuff.
