I agree about vol 3 being slept on... The beginning of the album is really strong with one of the best intros followed by so ghetto and then 2 tracks later dope man is a really good start... Obviously it gets spottier at times as most jay albums do... But there's also good material later on including Watch Me which was sorta a precursor to The Watcher 2.
Though I do think the watcher 2 is a better song and I think bp2 could've been great. You tell me.. I made a playlist of 13 songs from bp2 that I think make a pretty solid jay album. I'm curious what you think. I don't think there's really any weak tracks and it has a ton of dope guest appearances from Dre, Rakim, Big Boi, Scarface, MOP, etc Spoiler for blueprint 2 playlist:
