Default J. Pierce - new Jay Z?

Hey! I found J.Pierce on the Internet. I like the vibe of this music. He sounds really similar to Jay z. What do you think? bandask.com/#/artist/J.Pierce

Yea, he does sounds similar to Jay-Z.
In terms of rap style offc., in terms of lyricism, Jay-Z is still more advanced in my opinion.
Also, I don't think he's all that unique, just another cat in the game who raps good and has a decent producer. (props to production of 'Star Bound' btw.)

Why would I listen to someone who's "really similar" to Jay-Z when I could just, you know, listen to Jay-Z?
