Queen latifah - jazz singing
Cypress hill - rock/metal
Everlast - blues/rock/country
Premier & nas with berklee symphony - classical
Q-Tip has done a couple of songs with the chemical brothers.

In the 90s The brand new heavies released 'the heavy rhyme experience vol 1' which contained no female singing vocals and was entirely filled with loads of top MCs rapping on their acid jazz/funk grooves (guru, masta ace, kool g rap, pharcyde etc.)

In the 00's the Black keys did something similar with blues/rock on the album 'Blakroc' featuring mos def, pharoahe monch, rza, odb, ludacris etc.

I'm seeing a lot of posts in this thread of rap artists still doing rap. Looking back I think even my Silent Knight track is a bad example compared to my other two.
