i feel like i've been letting too much negativity seep into my posts lately. in the death grips thread it really struck me that i should ignore **** i don't care for and focus more on **** that i do like. i tend to think with music that enjoying it is always a superior pursuit to hating on it. even if it's considered **** by a lot of people like justin beiber or something like that, the people who listen to his music and enjoy it are getting more out of that artists than the haters could ever manage to. so to me they're the smart ones in that scenario even though they're looked down upon by others who consider themselves above that sort of thing.

so in this spirit i decided to make an inverse of the "why your favorite rapper sucks" thread where you post a rapper/hip hop artist(could be a producer even) and i will give them genuine props. the rule of the thread is that any props i give i have to mean. no saying nice **** for the sake of the spirit of the thread. so if you post a rapper that i truly can't come up with a response for then i'll just admit defeat in that one case.

to start off with i'll say that death grips has pretty unique sound and their instrumentals from what i've heard seem interesting

tl;dr post rappers /hip hop artists and i'll give them props
