Hip hop Concert Demographics

I am currently doing some research on hip hop concert demographics and I was looking for some opinions from people that understand the scene. From what I've seen from shows involving artists like Snoop Dogg, Kanye West, Lil Wayne, Devin the Dude and Big Boi: I guesstimated that 75% of attendees are under the age of 35. Also, from what I have experienced there seems to be a 3-1 ratio of men to women. I am just looking for opinions from others that may have seen more shows that I have to see if its the same case for other artists.
