Sample from Lights by Squeeks, Presidential Musiq?

The end of the track, Lights, on the album Presidential Musiq, by Squeeks, I think is sampled from somewhere. But I can't think from where.

Can anyone help?

I can't post URLs, but if you search YouTube for Squeeks - Lights [Feat. Face & Youngs Teflon] [Prod. By Westy]. Make sure you select the video from Grime Culture, because there is another video which is shorter and misses the end of the track.

Skip to 5:00 mins... it's when the female vocals kind of pick up, and continue until the end of the track.

I really like it. Even if it's not sampled, it sure does sound familiar, so any similar track recommendations would be welcome :)
