Best Hip-Hop albums of 2013. Name them in the thread.
We have the usual suspects like Flowers For My Father and Yeezus, but this is intended to unearth some wildcards people may have missed. What albums released this year are must listen albums for the Hip-Hop fan?
I'll start with Escape Music by Mouse Outfit. This is a production album. To be honest the content is not the best, they're not really doing anything we haven't seen before and the lyrics can be a bit cliche'd at times, the MC's don't really do the beats justice. But what they're doing, they're doing well. The Mouse Outfit - Escape Music -19 Track Album Sampler (Released MAY 20th 2013) - YouTube |

Uptown XO
Colour de Gray This has everything that a normal conscious rapper album has soulful production and lyrics commenting on the ills of society and ways for better living.

everyone blew their loads with lists.
I thought each person would just name one, write a little about it and post one track from the album like in the OP. Maybe the OP should have been more specific about that unless he doesn't care.

Albert Einstein by Prodigy & Alchemist I think it's the production on this album that I love so much. I love Prodigy but he does have some super awkward lines in this. Still really great album regardless. but like that beat change ohhh |
