Big Sean ( Hall Of Fame)

What are your thoughts about Big Sean's new album. I personally think its very good. The production is top notch and he delivers some thought provoking lyrics.

I've been meaning to listen to it, but I have a bad feeling I'm gonna be disappointed. Big Sean is a pretty meh rapper to me.

to me this 'Big Sean' is faceless. He has nothing redeeming nor does he possess any attributes that set him apart from anyone else. Whenever he's got a verse on a song, it's anonymous, never makes any impact. I struggle to ever register its existence.
In fact, nothing he's ever done has made an impact. He's just woefully generic and bland.
He's got a bit of name value because of who he associates himself with not due to any skill or talent on his behalf.
I know of him, but he has done nothing to earn any sort of standing with me, as I said faceless, I could not pick him out in a crowd, I could not pick his verse out on a track. Below average and will likely be dropped by Kanye and co in a year or two when they move onto other artists who are garnering a bit of hype.

You don't listen to Big Sean much. He is credited with starting a style that all your favorite rappers use especially drake. He has this flow where the rhyme scheme of it gets repeated a certain way. I'll show you with youtube examples tomorrow.

Listen to this track and tell me you haven't heard your favorite rappers doing the same flow style.
