I'm just saying ahaha.
Anyway, we don't like her. ;P
And her music is regular so I'm not disappointed.

Apparently, yeah.
And I don't judge people for their musical tastes but I guess I have a problem with people who like, for example Chris Brown and completely disregard what he has done.
I know some people like to separate music from personal life decisions but it really is so hard for me to listen to songs like "Don't Judge Me" when he says 'Please don't judge me and I won't judge you."
And I'm just sitting here like rly

Right? **** you bro, I don't give a **** about you, you beat Riri's fine ass and you thought it was okay to dress up as Osama Bin Laden for Halloween. Poor Riri. I wish I could just give her a tent in my backyard and bring her lemonade and have pool parties w/ her

I really like this video. She worked hard to be where she is now and this is what she has to say about her journey here:

And of course her most recent single which I love, I have her on repeat. I can't wait to get her album.

First of all I usually don't discuss this genre as it is just NMT but I recently ran across some of this person's material and I wanna weigh in on it too, Circe covered much of my distaste for this artist but I have a couple notes of my own.

Looking at these videos, briefly as I did, makes me pretty sure this is the same recording artist that released some song about her "ratchet-assed bitches", which I was recently exposed to.

First, my distaste for this style of hip-hop is based on a thoroughly selfish, thug, pimp mentality that I simply find abhorrent. I loathe and detest treating people as if they were so much meat, even when I find someone extremely attractive (in her case moderately attractive until I heard that), I still have to like them as people, that attraction fades with high levels of acceleration if their personalities achieve this level of ugliness. I find this severe unpleasantness here, and I am repulsed by it as I am with the men who portray this attitude.

I agree, what I hear is a forced dialect that I can only describe as a very unpleasant affectation

It makes me think of a pornstar rapping about her day job than someone who's actually enjoying going down on another woman.

I can't improve on this.

Okay, well everyone knows I dislike this artist but I think that the last problem people should be having is how vulgar her music is.
My previous posts show much worse aspects of her "personality" that should be focused on.
I mean if someone raps about their body, sex, etc, I don't see why that should be so bothersome, especially for someone who speaks the way you do, PS.

That's okay, I totally get that most people don't like her. I just like her music. I don't agree with some of the stuff she says that appears racist. Unfortunately some people think they are allowed to make judgements of people based on their race. She's young, she's got a lot of growing up to do. I'm pretty sure that she thinks she has to maintain a certain image for people to like her. However, I think it's all rather unnecessary.

I mean not liking her because she talks about sex in a vulgar way is just a really weird reason not to like someone.
It's not just the dislike but apparently it invokes feelings of "revulsion" which is just so weird because PS talks about sex in vulgar ways that make me feel uncomfortable.
So it is that a woman is talking about her body or that the language is vulgar? Just makes me think.
