idk how I feel about this song yet but the video is pretty amazing I think I preferred work a bit more to this but maybe it'll grow on me.

She has a horrible name.
That song was bad & the video gave me flashbacks of being in India & trust me it's not as fun as this video makes it look. Murda biz is her best single to date, but I doubt she'll make it.

At first I assumed that she grew up as poor white trash in a trailer park in Florida because of the accent she uses. That was fine with me, and I kind of liked it. But now that I know she's just role-playing, I like her music less. It was far from great to begin with. Her music career won't last and I doubt she'll make it in Hollywood. She can act, but not that well. I hope she knows how to save her money.

Which leads me to my next point. To the person who said she is different from her onstage persona - yes that is correct. She is a very down to earth and hard working individual. I don't see how she is any different from other pop and rap stars who have a onstage "personality" and a offstage "personality". Don't forget they are entertainers, they are paid to be how they are marketed as. It's the record labels who motivate how we see a mainstream artist, not the artist themselves. I don't think Iggy has lost her original onstage persona though, I believe that is what she wants to be seen as, as well as her label. Ti is a very supportive coworker.

She might not have grown up poor but the accent she uses is because of her being in the south and rapping with those around her. Yes, she sounds a bit too much like T.I. at times but I dig it.

Yeah, I read about her rap education. And now all I can hear is someone doing a not-quite-accurate Dirty South accent with mediocre beats behind it.
