Salt and Peppa was always alot of fun. I enjoyed Butterfly from Digable Planets also, she has some great rhymes.

In terms of female rappers;

1.Jean Grae
2. Lauryn Hill
3. Foxy Brown

and then possibly Missy Elliott, it's going to take more than a few club tracks to give her any sort of standing on a GOAT list.
