Moodie Black
I know GAHEDiNDIE has received some positive reception on this site, so I figured they should get their own thread. I just got a PM from K saying that the new album this year, N A U S E A, will include a track from a pretty big name.

Best New Thread 2012
I just got Anthony Fantano (theneedledrop) into the collective on twitter. I will beg him to review the new album when it comes out, as well as Dead End Hip Hop. Not going to mention the Dalek track unless that's okay?

I've generally found this 'noise rap' style to be unimpressive. It sounds decent initially, then you give it another go and there's nothing to it - it's hollow and dull. Death Grips and B L A C K I E have left me feeling like this. So far, GAHEDiNDIE is nothing different.
It all just seems like a fad. |

Ground breaking? Really? The likes of Dalek, Antipop Consortium, Infinite Lives, Saul Williams, Ice and Techno Animal have been making abrasive, dissonant hip hop for years. There is nothing ground breaking about it to me.
