The other rappers on his songs to tend to be better, because he's not a great MC. I don't think I know anyone that rates him in that regard.
I love Kanye for his production, his creativity, and most of all his ambition.

yea well call me crazy but that's a short coming to me for someone who releases albums with himself as the main rapper

I think that's pretty valid to be honest. I don't think he's awful as a rapper, just not all that great. Passable, and everything else elevates the material.

i used to play that my twisted fantasy album a few years ago, that had some tracks on it

I think that's his best album. Even Rick Ross is good on there.

ive listened to rick ross lol i can tolerate him

he's a **** rapper yea but picks amazing beats and says funny one liner **** quotables

"no catepillars it was just a lot of niggas" - rick ross on the buidling of the pyramids
"i'm the pirate on this ship all you mates gotta go" - rick ross on sailing/pirates

I don't get it... How are those more memorable or appealing than lines like:

"Other cats don't measure well like ounces on a metric scale"
or
"I've seen more holding cells than salesman at Verizon stores"

No comparison imo.
