The article goes on to say he’s being exploited because he’s bipolar and blah blah blah Hearing Biden rave on and on about the military in response to Trump correctly calling military personnel who are killed at war “suckers” added fuel to my hatred for Biden. **** him and his save America bull****. |
I think it's funny that they automatically think Kanye is going to get the black votes from Biden.

Kanye started as a Hip Hop producer. Then transitioned into a MC representing Hip Hop culture with his 1st project ‘College Dropout.’ He then moved into the realm of being a Rapper, making songs more for commercial merits than creative purposes to “reach & teach” the Hip Hop Culture so to speak which led him to be what he is now…a Pop Star…some may argue he’s just a Rapper. As far as Hip Hop purist, he’s still one of the best Hip Hop producers in the genre.

3 hour interview on Joe Rogan
I’m gonna check out the first hour or so and see how it goes |

He says he’s going to build 200,000 seat stadium with 100,000 seats designated just for gospel singers.
He also said he’s worth 5 billion dollars. |
deleted post, I hate kanye now, his music isn't good
|
|
So his kid's name is gonna be retarded for no reason now? Nice.

The stadium bit is pretty funny. Is he showing off his infrastructure skills for his upcoming presidential run? Kanye West Is Building His Childhood Home in Chicago’s Soldier Field |
Donda's out.
|
Building the recreation of the house is a lot more interesting to me than him changing his name. But it seems like a lot of work for something that won't be there very long and that won't be used for much other than a prop for the listening party.
|
Listening to the first half of Donda: Damn, is Jesus Is King as good as this? Because I entirely skipped that.
Starting the second half of Donda: Damn, is Jesus Is King as bad as this? Glad I entirely skipped that. Come to Life: Beautiful pianos. Jail pt. 2: Not worth jumping from Spotify to YouTube for but cool outro. Finishing the album: The part 2s are fine but unnecessary. Pretty solid though, makes me want to relisten to his discography. |

I haven't listened to Donda yet--I will shortly, but I liked Jesus Is King quite a bit. Kanye hasn't done anything yet that I haven't liked, but I'm pretty easy. I like the vast majority of music period.
|
I'll have to check this out.
My brother listened to it and claimed he found it boring - plodding - a bit dull musically and vocally. But he also can't stand Paul's Boutique, so he might be completely wrong. |

I like it so far, but it's just different than I'd normally expect from Kanye. |
^ Yeah, I haven't heard it yet, but I'll be surprised if Kanye has enough material to justify a double album.

Explains why it's so long and has the pt 2s tacked onto the end. Still thought it was pretty consistent compared to what I've heard from him before. |
Quote:
By the way, I don't understand Kanye saying, "They blocked Jail 2 from being on the album." "Jail pt 2" is track #24 on the Amazon upload. Is "Jail pt 2" not what he's talking about? |

Ja it was grayed out on most platforms for about 8 hours before they fixed it.
|
I'm a couple of tracks in right now and it's...fine.

I thought Donda was good, but kind of messy and kind of sounded like it might not be completely finished. That's the way I felt when I first heard TLOP as well. I don't hate it, but he's done better.

Greetings!
Donda was a good project, but overall it was some mid. I would however say that he mixed church sound with his heartbreak 808 sound well. I just produced an album that people are saying is a better album. I'm sure Ye would disagree. Travel safely, - TTT |
