Agreed

Greetings!

Donda was a good project, but overall it was some mid.

I would however say that he mixed church sound with his heartbreak 808 sound well. I just produced an album that people are saying is a better album. I'm sure Ye would disagree.

Straight up bizarre. Who'd have guessed we'd get here from "George Bush doesn't care about Black people"?

I'm so glad being a metalhead forced me to have the "separating artist from art" conversation so early with Burzum cause I'm sure plenty of Kanye stans out there have no idea what to do right now.

Well, with the anti-semitism and Hitler comparisons (from Howard Stern specifically), you'd think Kanye stans would be able to connect the dots about separating the art from the artist rather quickly, no? Might help if they're Mel Gibson fans too, I suppose.

He's an artist that has a weird cult following though - I'm sure there's a good chunk of his fans that are still trying to rationalize (or justify) his behavior - I lost interest as soon as he started doing the weird Christian gospel thing - the last worthwhile album he put out was Life of Pablo, imo.
