1. 2Pac
2. Kanye West
3. Outkast
4. Dr Dre
5. ODB (How can so many place Talib over him?)
6. Snoop Dogg (Lyrically average, but great voice.)
7. Biggie
8. Eminem (Even though I hate what he has turned into now)
9. Ludacris
10. Dizzee Rascal

I notice how Eazy-E is climbing into peoples lists, but I'd just thought I'd tell you (in case you didn't know) That Eazy never actually wrote out his own lyrics-they were mostly ghost written.

This from someone who has Dr. Dre and Snoop on his list.

...and ODB over Talib?

Snoop and Dre aren't ghost written-they come from them. Eazy's were. I'm not saying he was bad, he had a good voice and was good at rapping. It's just that he was a ghost writer. And I'd take ODB any day.
