Good Kid Mad City was Top 5 for me last year, there weren't many better albums, although I do stay clear of Pitchfork, it attracts the moths like a bright light.
I have A$AP Rocky's album but have put off listening to it, the Skrillex song being the main detriment. Seriously everything he releases is a mind boggling monstrosity that sounds like dog whistles but for humans. |

That track actually isn't as bad as you are imagining. It definitely stands out like a sore thumb, but it's subdued-Skrillex (if you can imagine that kind of thing).
