How exactly do you dance to rap music, aside from nod your head to the beat?

I don't really dance, but I like to be on the floor pretending to be cool and barely moving, whilst there is a rap track on.

X Gonna Give It To You, for example, is a good rap dance track.

What about DanceHall, Alisa? That's some good stuff to move to, pretty similar to rap, fuses reggae, hip-hop and electro.
Guys like Sean Paul, Elephant Man and Mavado.

It's difficult to dance to. And I can't dance regardless.

You don't have to dance to it, just hug a wall and let a girl grind on you.
